If your Oakline gear doesn't fit, doesn't wear right, or just isn't for you — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange. We trust you. You trust us. That's how it should be.
How to start a return
- Email oaklineprovisions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason (one line is enough).
- We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US orders).
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once we receive the return, your refund processes within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Exchanges ship the same day we receive the return.
What we ask
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Bundles and Oakline Classics sets: any item from the bundle can be returned individually.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us with a photo. We'll send a replacement same day, no return needed on the damaged item.
