30-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee

If your Oakline gear doesn't fit, doesn't wear right, or just isn't for you — send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange. We trust you. You trust us. That's how it should be.

How to start a return

  1. Email oaklineprovisions@gmail.com with your order number and the reason (one line is enough).
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US orders).
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive the return, your refund processes within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method. Exchanges ship the same day we receive the return.

What we ask

  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Bundles and Oakline Classics sets: any item from the bundle can be returned individually.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us with a photo. We'll send a replacement same day, no return needed on the damaged item.
